Well, this was an interesting experience. I am somewhat behind in getting started so I was anxious to finish the blog today. I read the instructions as directed and thought, no problem. Wrong! About half way through it kicked me out and I spent close to an hour trying to find myself again. Fortunately, there were staff who had already experienced this little detour and one was willing to shepherd me back home again. Thank goodness this is collaborative effort and not a competition!
Although I haven't yet had any "lightbulb above the head" ideas about how we can use this in the library, I am excited to learn as much as possible from this "23 Things" opportunity. One of the best parts about being a librarian is that it is a great career for life long learner types. Just about the time the job becomes routine, everything changes and there are new challenges.
